The Hayward ProSeries 30" Sand Filter, Side Mount (W3S310S) is a high-capacity residential sand filter for larger in-ground pools that need strong flow and dependable water clarity. It is built around a corrosion-proof polymeric tank designed for a side-mount multiport valve. It is also a replacement for Hayward S310S / W3S310S-style filters.
