Parcel Shipments

Smaller equipment and replacement parts generally ship by parcel carrier. Processing and transit times vary by product availability and destination. Tracking is provided when available.

LTL Freight Deliveries

Heaters, large filters, commercial pumps, and other oversized products may ship on a pallet by LTL freight. Delivery estimates can vary because of carrier capacity, destination, weather, and product availability.

Inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt and photograph the pallet, packaging, and product. Contact us promptly if damage is found.
